Manny is amazing and came through when other agents ignored my daughter. My daughter, who was pregnant at the time, needed a home, I was helping her financially but our budget was not very much. After meeting with a few realtors and feeling like they really didn't have the time of day for her, my daughter was upset. Timing, timing, timing with everything moving so quickly in this market, we were worried that we wouldn't be able to find a home in our preferred area. Our budget was quickly dwindling due to rising interest rates, but Manny was committed to finding and negotiating the best deal for us. Thanks to his work and his team's expertise we were able to own our home. When a problem came up on the inspection report Manny managed to keep his cool (which was a relief for us) and explained the process to get it corrected.
